The purpose and goal of this game plan is to raise funds to nationally launch the incredible Crossover Rock, Pop, Soul carrier of On Records Recording Artist, Jody Whitesides.

Jody Whitesides recently released his hot new CD Project entitled Practical Insanity. To assure the maximum potential of the Practical Insanity project, On Records Inc. has acquired the consulting services of legendary promoter and hit record producer, Maurice "The General" Starr.  Starr is known around the world for discovering, producing, promoting and marketing pop teen icons New Kids On the Block and R&B hit sensation, New Edition. Starr has also worked with several rock pop legendary icons like Mick Jagger of the famed Rolling Stones and Clarence Clemons from Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band just to name a few.

Starr, with his tremendous amount of experience and his having at his disposal national distribution, marketing, radio and a strong retail promotions staff, promises to give his best efforts to take the Practical Insanity project straight to the top.

Mr. Starr has agreed to negotiate the contracts with the major labels once the record becomes gigantic.  Each investor, based on a $100,000.00 investment, will receive a two (2) percent gross share of profits derived from On Records Inc.'s collected monies for the life of the 2008 Practical Insanity project.  The total number of shares available is twenty (20) points equaling $1,000,000.00 in funding revenue (See Royalty Chart below).

The estimated time for possible return is one (1) year from the Practical Insanity project's full funding date (See Money Purpose List below).   In the event that a major label picks up the Practical Insanity project, On Records Inc. at that time will send a letter of direction to the record company's legal department for each person to receive their proper percentage share from On Records Inc.'s record label. 

On Records Inc. feels strongly about the Practical Insanity music project, and working with Maurice Starr, who has generated billions of dollars of revenue in the entertainment business, makes us feel much more confident.   SO LET THE SHOW BEGIN!

Money Purpose List

Practical Insanity CD PROJECT

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

1. The Practical Insanity project is based on a one (1) year launching turn-around plan.
2. All Investors will receive a royalty rate for the life of the Practical Insanity CD project.

MONEY PURPOSE LIST

1. $100,000.00 for 2 Cross over videos, song singles one and two.
2. $100,000.00 for Practical Insanity mixing & remixing the cd's various singles.
3. $ 50,000.00 for the cost of one years worth of public relations
4. $100,000.00 for various products, merchandise and manufacturing of at least 50,000 pieces to be sold.
5. $ 75,000.00 for radio, retail and video promotion.
6. $ 75,000.00 for magazine marketing ads, tip sheets and billboards.
7. $ 25,000.00 for yearly choreography budget.
8. $ 25,000.00 for concert touring wardrobe.
9. $ 75,000.00 for one year consultation from Maurice Starr.
10. $ 25,000.00 for Internet sales on various company websites.
11. $ 15,000.00 for one professional photo shoot.
12. $250,000.00 tour support monies.
13. $ 85,000.00 company yearly expenses

SAMPLE PROJECTIONS

The term "Platinum" means a CD has sold one million copies.

On Records Inc. has based its royalty program on a $6 per CD rate. Thus based on a one million platinum seller, the practical Insanity CD project would have raised $6 million dollars and the investor(s) would have earned $2 million dollars plus.

Important Note:

In the event that differences between the parties mentioned in this agreement can not be resolved, all parties agree to resolve all matters through arbitration.

Total Funding Needed: $1,000,000.00

Important Note #1:

On Records will split 50/50 royalty monies with all investors until investors have received collectively $2 million. Once investors have received their initial investment plus the $1 million interest return. All investor's percentages will go to and remain at 20% for the life of the project after record 1 million.

Important Note # 2

All investor's investment royalties and pay back percentages will be paid solely thru the Practical Insanity CD project alone. In no way will Mr. Jody Whitesides be held personally responsible for any royalties due to the investors.
